My initial experience with them, booking was great (arranging for an earlier pick up and extending the storage duration). They were very kind and accommodating, esp when I needed to push up the date of collection so I could leave the country earlier to due bereavement in the family.However, my experience with the return of items was bad. I booked a date for returns more than a month prior. On the day I waited from 10 to 4pm and as they hadn't delivered the items yet, I contacted them since there was only 2 hours left on the delivery window. The employee told me they wouldn't be delivering my items and that I shouldn't have been able to select that date as the warehouse was closed. No one thought to contact me all this while to inform me about it, they unfortunately didn't seem apologetic for the mix up, and now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for my items as I will be away on a placement:(
