I decided to try Local Student Storage this summer and am very impressed with their level of service. My D received 4 email updates as to the whereabouts of the driver and pickup with the last one containing a photo of her storage items as they were left in reception in order for her to catch her flight. In addition, they took my D's plants which is not typical of a storage company, and the storage is climate controlled which I also did not get last year. Also, when I chatted with them online on the weekends from the U.S., Harry immediately responded both times. In addition, it has been very easy to use their website. Kudos to LSS for providing great service!
