I booked a collection and storage with them but I had to cancel it as it was unreliable, and had no option to take my items to reception before they arrived. Materials were four days late, then collection instructions changed on the go, as first they say I would receive tracking updates and ETAs, but then on the date they told me collection could happen at any time from 10am to 6pm like other storage companies. I asked them if they at least could give me a 20 minute heads up to take 7 boxes to reception but they told me they couldn't do so, and that I should leave my things at reception. I have been told by email that there would be no ETA information, nor a phone call, during collection.I was unable to leave all these boxes at reception as this isn't allowed and cancelled the storage. Also because I am not able to wait 8 hours with boxes for a collection that might also get delayed.I think it should be unacceptable for companies that make profit on students to have this treatment. They expect us to wait 8 hours for them, sometimes being a couple of days late, and then not even giving us time when we need to move 7 heavy boxes. The service isn't cheap either.For international students that need to have a reliable service in order to go back home for the summer, I recommend using another service, as some bigger moving companies tell students exactly their arrival time. In the four student accommodations I lived in, none of them allowed me to leave so many boxes in reception by themselves for a whole day. It is a pity that they don't accept responsibility
