It's not very clear from the website that you will start receiving phone calls from surveyors. I was expecting something like a price comparison website generating some possible fees or star ratings for local surveyors. Instead, I started receiving phone calls from not very local surveyors - I'm in Essex and one call was from Kettering. Don't fill in the form if you don't want 6/8 phone calls - their estimate of what I may receive in total. All I wanted was a rough idea of what a house survey costs for a three bed house. Not the website for rough ideas - probably great if you're ready to move and you can't be bothered to make a few calls to local surveyors yourself. Why wouldn't you just do that?
