I must say that it is hard to find a worse car rental company on the market. Although booking through discovercars(.)com works reasonably well, they also run their own website or-rentals(.)com where the prices are significantly higher than through discovercars.com. When I asked about the reservation before my arrival, no one responded. After arriving in Marrakech, no one was waiting for us. I had to find their phone number myself and call them so they would take us to their office. There, they claimed that they had no car for us and no record of our reservation. We had to pay again for a new rental. The next day they contacted us saying they had found the payment and would refund it. Well, they did refund the money, but only for the car I had to rent separately. Definitely never again with this company. I have reported the fraudulent transactions from this company to my bank. Locationauto Morocco never again. I travel there several times a year… but they won’t see me there anymore
