Avoid at all costs!! One hell of a dodgy place!Made a reservation via a site for 9:00 o’clock. Looked around to search for their office of some sorts. After asking around someone told me that we have to call them. After finally obtaining a sim-card at the airport we called them and they told us they’d be there within 15 minutes (this was at 9:30). We called them again at 10:00. “Driver should arrive any minute now” they said. Finally showed up at 10:45 with a huge attitude. Picked up several people who’re waiting for their rental car.They drove us to the office (it was only a 5 minute drive!!) There I asked for clarification and the lack of service. The only thing he said was “give me your passport”. 0 F’s given.. I though I didn’t want to start arguing and ruin my very short holiday from the start so I let it slide.After filling in the form he wanted to charge me the retainer. On the reservation form it stated around 800 euro’s. He wanted to charge me double that amount. I had a really bad feeling about this and told them, since they left us standing at the airport parking lot for 1:45 hours and charging me differently then stated in the contract that I wanted my money back. And you guessed it! They didn’t give it back.I went back to the airport and booked a car with a nice gentleman which went flawlessly. He told me this company has the reputation of overcharging people after they return the car. So thankfully I dodged a bullet with these scammers.I notified the credit card company that they’re a bunch of frauds. Didn’t have time to also deal with the police. Hopefully they’ll get caught before scamming to many people
