I had a very bad experience with Amanda she was rude on the phone and slammed the phone down.she did not want to talk to me to explain the reason why she did not want to take any more orders from my company, all because I had returned some keys for a refund.I have never had anyone talk to me like that in my whole career of 35 yrs. I have spoken to many customer advisers but never been given this treatment.
