Jacob was very professional; He did arrive quickly after being called. One thing that was discouraging was that he didn't realize that his tools were very hot. My doormat had a few burned holes from the hot drill bits from the power drill used to bore a hole through my lock. Also he did not attempt to clean up any of the metal pieces that flew everywhere. I was also disappointed at the price I had to pay. I didn't realize the charge would be that high.
