I ordered an expensive padlock on October 11th. Today, I attempted to contact the company to check if my lock had been dispatched. Instead of receiving an update, I was left worried about the site's legitimacy. I called three times, enduring repetitive messages about their greatness, but each time I was cut off. I tried reaching both deliveries and sales without success. The website hasn't been updated since I placed my order, indicating they are preparing it. How long does it take a 'professional' business to ship a padlock? A professional company should have staff available to answer calls and provide order updates. This is my first experience, and I am NOT impressed. Update: October 16th, 10:30 am. My padlock arrived this morning, but they sent the WRONG one. I confirmed it was their mistake. I attempted to call again but faced ongoing phone issues and was cut off. I called back, selected sales, and finally connected. They apologized and promised to send the correct padlock today along with a label for the return. I hope this gets sorted in a couple of days, but I wouldn't use them again.
