Good service. Informative. One thing I would prefer is more information on security and its limitations. I had my scooter stolen in less than a week after purchasing it. I also live and had it stolen close to where the shop is which would imply they should have some familiarity with the location. I also used a lock I got from the store and from what remains a cutter easily tore through it.
