We bought a kukirin g2 from loco on the 29th. We called twice on the 30th and they finally picked up on the third ring. They said it will be ready around Thursday or Friday. So then we called the shop twice on the 4th the next month, to which they didn’t answer either. During the time in between the 29th and 4th we got no updates or notices. So instead we went into the store to ask. We told them about our order and on the website and the app they use, “usually ready in 24 hours”. But it was almost a week since and still no updates. When we went to ask we didn’t even get an apology, the woman just shoved a computer in our face and said it will be on the 9th on their website, though it said usually ready in 24 hours. An extremely impolite and inadequate customer service, a refusal to answer the phone or even an apology for an extended delay without notice.
