As far as I know they're doing a good job. The problem is as a non-legal person, I need more assistance in making finite adjustments in my trust. I'm given verbal advise over the phone and left on my own to work it out when I ask questions. I always feel rushed or like an inconvenience when I call. Meanwhile, I'm paying $1100.00 per year for almost no service. I'm assuming that if something happened and I needed all the mechanisms contained in the trust it would work as advertised, but I don't know for sure. I'm considering taking a trip to Arizona for a sit-down to review my entire estate. I don't even know if that's possible.
