I have no hesitation in giving the Loft Boarding Company a full 5 stars. This covers the whole process from responding to my initial enquiry, coming along to have a look at the problem we had with the original door (and it was a problem!) and making a really clever suggestion to solve it and suggest the best kind of ladder. On the day, they were at the front door exactly on time, they simply made sure carpets were protected and then got on with the job. About an hour or so later they had finished, tidied up and gave us a demonstration of the new ladder. The ladder itself is superb! I'm pushing up to 80 and have osteoarthritis the previous ladder was too much for me and getting a bit too much for my wife. We can both get up and down this ladder with ease. I have to say the work was carried out efficiently and intelligently, it looks superb (no damage to the ceiling!). So many thanks to all who contributed to the whole job from start to finish
