Flight was delayed due to a technical problem and after eventually arriving, we were over the 3hrs for a compensation claim. Put the claim in and was informed it would take 28-days to reply, ended up being 55-days, and they informed me that I was not entitled to the claim as per their policy. No explanation given as to why my claim for compensation was declined. I am now having to take this up with the CAA. They are just hoping I give up, but I will see it through out of principle. I put in a complaint via their website, and was informed it would be 42-days before they replied to my complaint. Shockingly bad aftersales care from this airline. I have reduced my flights with them to once a month, so this will cost them over £3k over the year, which is pretty short-sighted for a £220 compensation claim that they are liable for.
