Where to begin, we were meant to get home at 4pm on Monday, we ended up getting back at 1am on the Wednesday. This was back in August, we have been trying since to get compensation from them, only to be told their customer service team is busy, we were last told we should hear back from them by 25th September, it is now the 2nd October, just tried calling their customer service lines again, and their lines are too busy to even add me to the queue - this is the 5th time this has happened.
