Absolutely no customer service. We bought a loghouse.ie from them some 8 years ago. We had leaks and issues with the roof within the first year and they never sent anyone out so I fixed it all myself. They have no after service support. Recently I have been trying to get door hinges fixed and been chasing them for over 9 months again now, keep getting fobbed off with platitudes from their so called Client & Social Media Manager, more excuses around covid. They are only interested in the Sale. I really think this is the worst service from a supplier that I have ever experienced in Ireland...simply shocking. If I could give them Zero I would
