Very dishonest company.

They are very dishonest. The lad that came out to measure my garden, didn't notice a tree stump that was in the garden. It was literally his job to notice. He came out to see if the garden was appropriate. When the lads came out to do the foundation they couldn't put it down the way i wanted. I had to remove the stump . When they came back to do the foundation they infomed my mother, that the sales rep said he did tell me to remove the stump. This was a lie. The same sales rep sent me a contract to sign. Then a few days later he emailed me and said he sent me the wrong documents by accident. So i had to resign. So my experience with this sale rep wasn't very good. The only jobs he had to do, he got wrong. Measuring the garden and getting me to sign a contract! He messed up on both. And he told lies to cover up his incompetence . I didnt appreciate him lying. Considering he blamed me for his mistake. How unprofessional can you get!This should of been a warning to stop dealing with them and cancel the contract. Unfortunately i didn't. Log house sub-contract the work men. The workers are good. Log house is dishonest. My log cabin should of been finished by now. Instead its outside my back garden with no windows or doors on it. Its like that two weeks. It was meant to be finished by the start of November. They were late starting. I had to complain. Now god knows when they will finish. They were meant to be here today and no sign of them.They stopped working as soon as they received full payment. Which they insisted on the last day they were here. They sat outside and said they couldn't come in until they were paid. They did this infront of neighbours. This embarrassed my mother. The workers apologised. They said log house told them not to go in until they were paid infull. So they got PAID!!! ( i had already made payments, it was the final payment they wanted) After i fully paid they didn't bother finishing. They didn't come back. Theres no windows or doors on the cabin. Avoid log house at all costs.(Edit)Update 22nd December Loghouse eventually finished my windows and doors. But they supplied me with the wrong paint. Luckily i rang them yesterday before i started painting or i would of ruined the cabin (21st of December ).So now im waiting for that. Another maistake. After multuple mistakes. The cabin is still unfinished. It was meant to be finished in November. On the phone yesterday loghouse apologised. Then they immediately asked me to remove this review. This is after the fact. They didnt offer compensation or apologise once during the weeks of delay and problems . Im very unhappy. I could never recommend them. The cabin took ages and loghouse.ie was unprofessional the whole way along process. And im still waiting for paint. Im unhappy with the finish on the windows aswell. Overall i dont trust this company. I only heard sorry after this review, followed by can you take it down, but at the same time they offered no compensation. Not even free paint. They were just interested in the review being removed) im the one stuck with an unfinished product
