After saving hard to afford our cabin we were originally delighted to see our cabin going up. Issues started on day 1 with timescales (our electrician was left standing around for a couple of hours despite being told to be there at a certain time), day 2 we were asked for cash in hand for works completed on the base of the cabin, we were expecting this to be invoiced. Roof making loud noise once any sort of wind picks up despite the upgraded roof we paid for. Was told paint would be delivered end of last week, still not received.Over two weeks now trying to get our issues dealt with, both contacting the project manager and the service dept. Still nothing resolved. We have tried e-mailing, ringing on several occasions and the only response so far is that someone will get back to us. Heartbreaking as this was meant to be a positive start to our new home. Expensive and unusable as a home office as it stands. Very sad that I have to put up such a bad review to try and get them to contact us. Would rather have resolved issue between ourselves.
