Would give 5 stars only we found communication a little difficult at times, as in the person we were dealing with being impossible to contact, but in saying that they were really lovely and helpful, Eli in particular was great at answering any questions we had, it was a big enough process because we had an extension built.The builders were not friendly at all bar one, the main guy not helpful at all and this was commented on by others working on it, electrics were not finished even though we paid (I don’t blame loghouse for either of these issues are they are outsiders doing the building/electrics) we then had to pay another electrician to come fix it.Regardless of how they were the builders did do a great job and we are delighted with our new extension.We would definitely use loghouse again
