We spent many months researching the best cabin to suit our needs. We visited many showrooms in around the country. We met Dermot in the Athlone showroom. He was friendly, informative and spent a long time answering our long list of questions. We purchased our Kilkenny 6 x 4m log cabin from Dermot and to say we are over the moon and blown away is an understatement! We had a very positive experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Dermot in sales made the experience all the more manageable. He was extremely professional, responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. The carpenters Rado and Martin were experienced, diligent and precise. The workmanship and quality of the log cabin is outstanding. They were so professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, they left the place spotless. Dermot, Rado and Martin are credit to loghouse and a great representative of the company. The only watch out to be mindful of is that the project manager had told me to have the electrician and plumber ready for 4pm on the first day of installation when really this should be the morning of the second day.Thank you Loghouse!
