If you are thinking of getting a structure from this company I would make sure you see the raw structure first because I was not satisfied with the structure we are now stuck with and at a high expense. When trying to contact customer service could only do via email No One willingness to speak to me or help solve problem. The door frames are at least 2 inches coming up out of floor so when showing friends on separate occasions 2 people tripped over these door frames when I tried to contact customer service they said that’s the way it is. I sent photos of the show house which did not have the door frames coming up out of floor and the sales representative said it should not be like that. The sales rep said I had to get on to Dublin which are not picking up phone. I did get through to accounts and she is only available to take your money can’t give any other help. I’m very upset, this was supposed to be a safe place for my elderly parent. If you want to deal with this kind of company by all means do but I will be telling everyone not to. Also we’re we’re told prices were going up when we purchased November2022 I got a phone call to say I should purchase so we did and price did go up for a short period about €500. When I went to complain about structure to sales rep, new price approx €1400 cheaper. The person who handles there social media had first contacted me to leave a review when I explained my problems she did respond quickly. The sales rep said he would contact Dublin and I haven’t heard from him either I think they just take your money and couldn’t care after that
