The telephone verification category wouldn't accept either my home number (identifying it as VOIP), I might add is customary these days, as carriers continue phasing out analog landlines, or my cell. So, I sent an email, pointing out to them that telecom carriers began moving frm analog to VOIP over 5 or more yrs ago; moreover, any of my "public records" of the past decade wld contain former cell & hme numbers. And certainly they wouldn't be able to use that to verify me, correct? Well, I got the usual can verbiage back in their 2nd reply. So, my next move is to write them & demand that they remove whatever data of mine frm their friggin' database
