WORST WORST WORST procedure for using ANY kind of Gov. website- but why am I not surprised?? It's the F-ed up government?? Uploading photos doesn't work and they ADMIT that!! Before forcing us to use this ridiculous system they should make sure the Christing thing works. It doesn't and they don't care.
