Most terrible debacle government is using. The “customer service” supposed to help when the sign in screen ONLY is not working properly are completely clueless. They don’t know why or when it’s not functioning, yet they are only “help” available. I have a FEMA account which takes usually 2 hours of repeated attempts to get it to sign in. Finally got in today going thru different address after never receiving a text code. Now 15 mins after I sign out I finally get 7 code texts one after another. Absolutely waste of resources! Cut your losses and dump that bunch. I haven’t even tried to go for my SS account, it’s ridiculous.
