Really Bad Service.We shifted our 2 bhk house from Mumbai to Kudal which is at Konkan Stretch in Maharashtra.I chose KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS for the entire uploading and downloading and paid them 25000 and 3000 Rs more for the Insurance. At the time of the dismantling of the furniture we realised that there is termite on it so we decided to not take 2 cupboards and one dressing table. Inspite of continuos request of reducing the price because 3 items they are not carrying it, they refuse to take down the charges. They damaged the society walls while taking the furniture down. Which i had to pay the society, on telling them the same the response i got was "utana toh hoga hi."My furniture reached to the destination place. The company was suppose to Assemble the furniture back for me. We realised that few screws of my both the beds are missing so they couldn't fix it back. We had to buy new screws to fix it and also pay extra labour charge. Handle of one of my cupboard broke. which we had to fix it. In one of the boxes they had kept kitchen stuff. Because they kept the box upside down in the tempo the entire box spilled over like oil, rice, daals etc. And the recent thing we realised that one of our stool is also missing. I was in total loss.Pathetic service. Plz never ever give ur service to KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS. They are extremely unprofessional. And Logisticmart you need to really check with who all are you tying hands with.I regret that i found Logisticmart online. And i chose to go ahead with them and KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS.Extremely pathetic service.
