This is a total scam. I received texts from an out-of-town number claiming they had just moved and hadn't updated their contact. They said they would pay full price but needed me to buy a report first. They expressed distrust in other services but insisted on this one, promising a refund later. It was a waste of time. Avoid getting scammed!
