They didn’t do the job as requested. When I did state that I was very unhappy with the logo they promised and requested a refund (as they promise on their website), they disappeared. After giving them sufficient warning that I would file a complaint with the BBB, still no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and guess what....they didn’t even respond to them!! Just beware. They make it seem like they are operating in your “area”, but that is not the case at all.
