We have had a mixed experience with Logo Maker. They did a fine job with our order for business cards and a banner. However, we are very disappointed and frustrated with our order for a promotional polo shirt. We have contacted Logo Maker twice and no response at all. I think there is a problem with the Contact Us form.Updated to add: We were contacted by Logo Maker in response to this review, and directed to communicate through their Chat feature. They were not able to locate our order, but did provide us with a refund and the offer of a discount on a future order. Good products, but they need to work on the Contact Us feature.-Joel's Wooden Bowls
