If I could give them a zero star, I would. I have reached out via email twice for an update and I am being given ‘general’ responses and NOTHING concrete! For example, please tell me when I can expect my order and DO NOT tell me to check to see if my neighbor has it because they DO NOT! my merchandise have not been shipped at all! How long does it take to put a logo on 2 polos???? In ordered this shirts weeks ago!Also, why does logomaker not have a contact number? I’m so disappointed with their customer service overall.
