I didn't receive the product, And had been charged upfront, After about 4 weeks, after complaining I was told (By Chat) to wait another week, When that 5th week passed I chatted online and was told "no refunds after 30 Days", I was furious! HOWEVER, after blasting them with an angry review, they did contact me and agreed to make everything right.So for initial order they screwed up! But, the 2nd follow up was exemplary! I'm changing my 1 star review to 4.
