FRAUD. I designed our logo, ordered business cards and polo shirts. The cards came, the shirts never did. I checked on it about once a month and it was still in production. I contacted customer service since it still says in production after three months. Customer service said, sorry, your order is over 60 days old, they will not do anything about it. Just keep my money, but my order will not be re-ordered or refunded. They did offer me 15% off my next order, NICE. Like I would ever do business with a fraudulent company like them, AGAIN.Here is their second response:Hi Crystal,We do understand your concern.Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a reorder or a refund for the items that have passed 60 days from the purchase date. This is the reason we request you to get back to us within 60 days from the purchase date if there are any issues with the delivery of the products. While we can't do a courtesy reorder or refund, we are happy to provide you with a 25% discount towards reordering the same items. Please let me know if you would like to use this offer, and I will gladly provide you with a promotional code.Once again our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.If you have any issues please feel free to contact us.Kind Regards,Mervin S.
