This is my 3rd review to no avail from logo maker. I have sent 9 emails as of now asking for a refund of the items I have not received and they send me the same email every time " Thank you for your patience, a supervisor is looking into your situation and we will contact you when we know more". In my last review on trust pilot a supervisor exclaimed how sorry he was and he would look into the situation and was looking forward to a reply from me. LOL.. Where am I to reply? I tried sending yet another email. Their website states they will give a full refund within 30 days, however, they are crooks.. I cant even get a refund on the items I never received. I guess I will have to contact my bank and let them know this company committed fraud. They wont contact you via phone because they have ripped off too many people. If your reading this review don't be fooled by their response stating how sorry they are.. they just send a" sorry" email or response to try and get you off their back. How hard is it to get a refund for items you didn't receive?????? They send an email through trust pilot asking for the email and phone number associated with the account and I send it every time. So, i guess its time to report them to the better business bureau and I WILL contact my bank. This so called business has put my business on hold waiting for fictious products they state were delivered to me and they have cost me money from what they have stolen from me and the money I had to use to get my products made else where. Furthermore, they have cost me business, time and aggravation.
