Poor customer service!My new company gave me this website to order work uniforms. One of the items was a $42 jacket. I ordered an XL because that's my normal jacket size. Well it was too big.I called the company & asked if I could return & exchange it for a LG. They said absolutely just send it to this address with a note that has my name, order# & reason for return. I asked again, "That's all that's required?" I got a simple, "Yes, that's it."It cost me $15.72 to return it (which I gladly paid) and today I get an email requesting another $11.81 to send it back. I called the company but they don't care. I asked them to replay the phone conversation & they weren't interested. They just reiterated they're return policy that was never given to me.So I paid $27.53 to exchange a $41.99 jacket!
