Problems Happen, But Customer Service Made It Right

First, I ordered the Winston Paradox N2 and truly love the frames. They're everything I'd hoped for and more.Next time I would spring the extra for blue-light blocking lenses, as the 'standard' does visibly reflect some (minimal but noticeable) blue/purple light to the person looking at you. I have to give it to the Customer Service Team at Lohause. 10/10. It's no secret that the U.S. government is a mess (and as it turns out, so is getting packages through Customs). There were some shipping snafus as a result, no fault of Lohause, but they went out of their way to keep me updated and communicated the headaches to DHL so I did not have to. All in all: a very satisfied customer. Worth it for such a great look and well-made product! (Just budget a little extra time if you're a U.S. customer)
