Two things made this a great experience- 1. I had never ordered glasses, sight unseen, and they were better than I expected. This is a very good product. I also had a complicated prescription, and they were very helpful in helping me figure out which lenses to order.2: The glasses got caught in customs when coming into the country. The Lohause team responded quickly and helpfully through the process. They also alerted me when they had cleared customs. I was impressed with their responsiveness.
