This is a Portuguese company aggressively marketing to the UK market. Their return policy is bogus, and their communication support is almost non existent. After requesting to cancel an order hours after placing it, I’ve heard nothing for a week. I’d like my refund please. Shocking customer service. Your aggressive marketing feels misleading. Nothing is quick, simple or efficient. EDIT: It seems this post has motivated some action. I have my refund, but it shouldn't have taken a trust pilot post to initiate action. Hopefully, they will learn from this type of poor communication and implement better customer service. The return policy is still bogus. And customs duties for UK customers when paying for aggressive UK ads is also a misleading business practice.
