If you’d like a refund … count more on winning the lottery

This has been one of the most challenging experiences. Not only have they avoided refunding me around £400 for the full cost of the glasses as when I received them they were bent and really really big. I have returned them and 3 months later they are withholding the refund for the “frames” they agreed to refund me. They ignore my messages and still have not processed anything to do with money back to me. If you want to return your glasses because of whatever reason, be aware about this company. The customer service have ignored me for months and even when they have confirmed they have received it they still are yet to provide me with any money back. The glasses themselves could be a better quality as for the price you’d believe they would be what you are paying for. I’ve only left about 3 reviews that could be more positive in my life and this is one of them I’m adding to that list. Customer service and overall decency could be improved, also refunding a customer within a reasonable time period or even refunding them at all would be great.
