I’ve been asking customer support for a refund since there was some verification issues with my order. They keep telling me to verify using my Id and to send the last digits of my payment. I don’t have an Id currently so i requested for them to refund my money. But they refuse to do so instead they keep telling me on how to the verification instead of refunding my money.
