I ordered multiple items (mostly 2 of each) for my 2 grand daughters. One of the items was refunded without consulting me, resulting in one missing or one surplus gift. These girls will not tolerate that one gets more that the other! Nor should they. The company should have alerted me to the fact that they were out of stock and given me the option to alter my order. Also, the order was sent in two packages without consulting me. This results in higher cost for me since there is a flat processing fee at my end. So getting one order in many shipments is always going to be very expensive. Alerting me to these deficiencies by email would have taken little time. And when I complained and asked for a refund, since I had only been notified of one partial shipment, they responded immediately. Except they would not do anything. I will not be ordering from this company again
