Awful customer service. Trying to sort return since 27th dec 2025, now a month later and no further forward. Awful at responding. Items too small never worn but at my own cost will need to return to Germany, then still at their discretion if they refund. Or keep with partial refund, not ideal either as items not able to be worn. Or finally I can keep the items and then get discount off other items I order!!!! Im not ordering again so why would I want a discount. Bonkers. Feeling very frustrated as still not had reply re: refund form!!!!
