I approached Matt to support and help on my remortgage - my situation was complex with many twists and folds. Matt was patient, kind and helpful willing to spend ample time in providing tailored support and finding the best mortgage deal to suit my situation. This ultimately ended up being a product transfer/remortgage with my current lender meaning Matt had to refer me back. Yet he has kept in touch to see how it's going and made sure to support as best as he can. The experience I've had with Matt has been the best mortgage experience I've had to date. Martin and Jon have been great though the whole process of buying a house. Right the way from one failed purchase (property issue not them) through to our actual purchase they have been great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at a broker. They are also incredibly quick to respond and manage applications so if you’re looking to make a purchase in a hurry then even more reason to pick them.
