Spoke with Mark from Manchester.

I contacted Interactive Investor support to lift a trading block on my account due to missing personal information. Mark was superb — clear, friendly, and straight to the point. He went above and beyond by checking with the back-office team immediately rather than passing me on to someone else. My call was also answered straight away.

Excellent customer service throughout.

I recently closed my account as I wasn't using it. I inadvertently had my funds transferred to an old, defunct bank account. Halle was very friendly, helpful and efficient in tracking the funds and arranging to transfer them to the correct bank account.

Terrible experience so far with II: requested to transfer my pension from AVIVA: two pots, two separate trasfers. The II portal only reflected one of them, but showed the total amount as a result with no apparent way of drilling into the details. The support line is not available on weekends altogether and discards you on weekdays after suggesting that you can request a call-back with no details on how to do so and with no chat functionality on the website. Tried to access the secure messages on Saturday and got "Back soon..."! It would not feel so bad if they at least told the customers how long the maintenance is going to take rather than just putting such unhelpful message... How did they get a customer service award totally escapes me - it does not really get any worse than this... Feels like a total scam!

My first call to ii today after recently transferring my S&S ISA to ii from another provider. My call was initially answered by Becky after a couple of minutes on hold. Becky dealt with my queries efficiently and politely and sensing i needed further help and guidance directed my call to Sean Kenny who provided the help and advice I required. Both were very helpful and patient with a newby to the platform.
