Martin and Cathy were absolutely brilliant. This was our first ever purchase so we didn't know too much about the mortgage process and they held our hands through the whole thing and made it really straightforward. They knew which lenders to go for, and saved us hundreds of pounds midway through the process when they were able to switch us from Halifax to Santander just in time to get a cheaper mortgage rate, a few days before they went up again. If you're a first-time buyer, I couldn't recommend them enough
