Very bad platform

Very bad platfor. I couldnt complete my kyc due to adres failure. Emailed them 3 times. Send them the proper adres fotos they needed. But the kyc remains stuck after a week. No solution and as result most likely no signup bonus. Good thing to know that the email support is really bad. BE WARNEDUpdate. Finally they fixed it. Just i was writing this.

Missing Referral Bonus

I contacted support by email several days ago regarding a referral issue, but I haven’t received a response yet.Two people I invited using my referral link completed the registration process and received their referral reward, however I did not receive my corresponding referral bonus.After running some tests, the issue appears to be specifically related to Safari: referrals completed using Safari were not tracked correctly, while the same process on iOS using Chrome worked as expected.Both users followed the same referral link and registration flow.I would appreciate a response or clarification on how this issue can be resolved.Thank you.
