I purchased a Groupon deal for three fat freezing sessions at London Body Centre for £144. After attending only one treatment, I was told all three sessions were void simply because I had rescheduled once and confirmed another appointment. These rules were never made clear on the Groupon deal page the only visible term was about arriving late possibly resulting in loss of appointment. This is misleading and unfair. The equipment used did not appear to be professional or medical grade. I have previously used proper medical-grade cryolipolysis machines, and what I was given looked like a small personal-use device, not the kind of machine you would expect in a clinic. On 15 August 2025, I submitted a formal written complaint to the clinic, citing my consumer rights and giving them 14 days to respond. They never replied to me by email at all. Weeks later, instead of dealing with my complaint directly, they posted a public response on Google making false claims that they had replied and that I was “aggressive.” This is completely untrue. I have the full email chain which proves I was polite, respectful, and never received any reply. If they believe otherwise, I invite them to publish the complete email exchange so people can see the truth. I also want to point out that reviews on Google can be written by anyone with an email address, which makes them less reliable. Trustpilot is a more honest and transparent platform, which is why I am sharing my full experience here. If you check Yelp, you will also see many other negative reviews from unhappy customers. In my experience, the service was not delivered as advertised, the equipment did not meet professional standards, and the company failed to respond to my formal complaint. I strongly advise others to avoid London Body Centre.
