1 Star – Highly Disappointed with Staff Conduct. I am giving this low rating due to the behavior of one staff member. Their communication was rude and unprofessional, displaying an unacceptable attitude towards enrolled professionals. It’s disappointing to encounter such disrespect in a learning environment. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure representatives communicate with the necessary professionalism and respect.
