I was initially hesitant to write this review because I wanted to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt, but after more than a month with no communication, I feel I need to share my experience.I attended an initial consultation at London Dermatology Clinic for acne treatment, for which I paid a £200 consultation fee. During the appointment, the doctor very quickly recommended putting me on Roaccutane. I followed all the required steps promptly, including completing blood tests and arranging contraception as instructed.After this, I contacted the clinic to confirm that my blood test results should have been received. Since then, I have had no response at all. It has now been over a month since my initial consultation, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch via phone and email, I have not heard anything back.To make matters more concerning, the phone line appears to be out of service, and my emails have gone unanswered. I feel I have given ample opportunity for the clinic to respond or provide an update, but unfortunately that has not happened.Given the complete lack of communication and follow-up, I have now contacted my bank regarding the £200 fee, as I am concerned about the service I received.This experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Based on what I have experienced, I would not recommend using this clinic under any circumstances.
