AVOID AVOID!!Please don't entertain this place. It is a pop up shop operating under the prestigious Harley Street, London address. The consultant seemed okay but the Manager was just a money grabbing crook, who pressured us into parting with £1450.00 for a consultation, two blood tests and an acne spot biopsy. We had to sign up there and then with only minutes to think about whether this was the way forward. It was a battle to arrange the follow up appointment when we weren't given any real answers anyway. What an unprofessional, dismissive experience, preying on vulnerable desperate people. We visited in August 2025 and I've wanted to send this review since then but life got in the way.I only wish this place could be investigated and why on earth didn't I read the reviews before setting foot in the place! I looked again today to see if things had improved or the place had been shut down but no. A big NO from me
