I had a private dermatology consultation and repeatedly requested a simple consultation letter/invoice with doctor details so I could submit it to my medical insurance. Despite asking multiple times, calling for days, and clearly explaining that I had a strict deadline, I was completely ignored.For a private clinic charging premium fees, this level of admin support is honestly shocking. No responses, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. It feels like once payment is taken, patients are no longer a priority.The medical consultation may be private, but the administration is absolutely rubbish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic, especially if you need proper documentation for insurance or work purposes.Very poor experience overall.
