The consultation lasted 5 mins but I wouldn't mind this if we got the treatment prescribed correctly. 5 different pharmacies advised that 2 of the medicines are not existing (one of them was the antibiotics). And again, I would probably understand that everyone can make a mistake but she decided to hide and totally neglect the problem by putting the blame on the pharmacies. After 6 days back and forth - the doctor decided to send a new prescription (admiting that there was a mistake) to one of the pharmacies but it was already too late - we had to visit another doctor as the condition of my son’s skin infection become worse. Below is the message that I received from the doctor, I will leave it to you to judge the professionalism and the communication style:Hi, The pharmacy needs to explain what is wrong with the prescription. There is nothing wrong with the antibiotics on there. The pharmacy should dispense this to you. They are delaying this treatment. We are trying to ask what is wrong do we can assist but are being told "something is wrong with the antibiotics" we cannot figure it out. Still can not understand how come she could not figure it out!? Here, I should mention the poor customer service and more specifically the clinic manager - Sidla, who never got back to my voice messages. I am only grateful that I could afford another private doctor so my son got his treatment, this time prescribed correctly.Just avoid this place!
